How do I choose the right EV charger?
Start with your vehicle’s charging inlet and AC charging capability. Next, consider your available electrical supply, parking space and whether you prefer an attached cable or a socket charger.
Can I use the same charger for different EV brands?
Different brands can use the same connector type. Check the charging inlet, electrical rating and compatibility requirements for each vehicle rather than choosing by brand name alone.
What is the difference between VOX Pro Cable and Universal?
VOX Pro Cable has an attached Type 2 cable. VOX Pro Universal has a Type 2 socket for a separate compatible charging cable. Both offer up to 22kW AC charging; actual charging power depends on the vehicle and electrical supply.
Does COPAK deliver across the UAE?
Yes. Qualifying orders of AED 2,600 or more receive free next-business-day delivery. The threshold is calculated after discounts, including VAT and excluding delivery charges.
