Which EV charger is right for my car?

Do I need a three-phase supply for a 22kW charger?
Achieving 22kW AC charging requires a suitable three-phase supply and a vehicle capable of accepting that power. VOX Pro and MAG Duo also support single-phase configurations at a lower charging output.
What is the difference between VOX Pro Cable and Universal?
VOX Pro Cable has an attached 5m Type-2 cable. VOX Pro Universal has a Type-2 socket and requires a separate compatible charging cable. Both models include smart charging features and a 36-month warranty.
Can COPAK install a charger at an apartment?
Yes. COPAK assesses the parking location, electrical connection and cable route, and supports building management and authority approval requirements for the installation.
Do you provide commercial installation and CPO services?
Yes. COPAK provides AC and DC installation for commercial properties and supports connected charging operation, user access, payment integration, monitoring and applicable CPO requirements.
Can I use a portable charger every day?
A portable charger needs a suitable socket and electrical circuit matched to its rating. COPAK can assess the connection and help you choose between a portable charger and a permanent wallbox for your charging routine.
What warranty does COPAK provide?
VOX Pro and MAG Duo chargers have a 36-month warranty. Portable EV chargers and AC charging adapters have a 12-month warranty. Residential and Tesla charger installations have a 36-month workmanship warranty. Warranty periods start from the invoice date; other products have their stated product warranty.
Do you offer free delivery across the UAE?
Next-business-day delivery is free for orders of AED 2,600 or more after discounts, including VAT and excluding delivery charges. Free next-business-day orders must be confirmed by 2pm; later orders move to the following business day. Business days are Monday to Saturday. Express delivery is paid at every order value. Standard delivery is also free when charger purchase includes COPAK installation.
