What should I include in an installation enquiry?
Share your vehicle make and model, emirate, property type and whether you already have a charger. Photos of the parking area and electrical panel can be sent on WhatsApp.
Can COPAK install a charger I already own?
Yes. Tell us the charger model and where you want it installed. We will review the equipment, electrical supply and installation requirements.
Do you install chargers in apartment buildings?
Yes. Apartment installations require an assessment of the parking space, electrical connection and building permissions. See our home EV charger installation service for more details.
Who should I contact about a delivery or warranty claim?
