Both models support single-phase and three-phase installation. Rated input current (max) is 32A on single phase or 32A per phase on three phase. Their official operating-temperature rating is −30°C to +50°C. COPAK testing has also shown 100% rated performance at +55°C. They include integrated 30mA AC + 6mA DC leakage protection. Actual charging power depends on your vehicle’s onboard charger and the available supply.
SMART USE OF AVAILABLE POWER
Dynamic Load Management for Homes with Limited Load
Optional Dynamic Load Management (DLM) adjusts VOX Pro charging power according to the electrical capacity available at your home.
When Household Demand Rises
When appliances such as air conditioning or cooking equipment increase household demand, configured DLM reduces the power allocated to EV charging to help prevent overloads.
When More Capacity Is Available
When household demand falls, DLM allows more available power to be allocated to charging, within the configured limits. COPAK supplies and configures the compatible monitoring equipment required for this feature.
DLM is especially useful when the spare electrical capacity is limited. It manages the available load; it does not increase your approved supply capacity.

One Clear Installation Scope
We plan the mounting position, cable route and electrical protection, then complete testing and handover. The standalone-home installation package applies where the work falls within its standard scope. Charger product warranty remains separate from COPAK’s workmanship warranty.

COPAK helps owners of Deepal, BYD, ROX, Zeekr, Leopard and Denza vehicles choose a suitable home charging setup. We check the model, market specification, AC charging port and onboard charging capability before recommending equipment.
Type-2 and Other Charging Ports
VOX Pro Cable connects directly to compatible Type-2 vehicles. VOX Pro Universal uses a separate compatible cable. Where a vehicle uses GB/T, Type-1 or NACS, COPAK selects a suitable charging connection or adapter for the specific model.
Electric and Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles
We match charging power to the vehicle’s AC capability, including compatible plug-in hybrid models. Share your vehicle model, year and a photo of its charging port so we can recommend the right setup.

The right charging power depends on your vehicle’s AC charging capability and the electrical supply available at your property. A higher charger rating does not automatically make every vehicle charge faster.
Socket or Attached Cable
A socket charger uses a separate compatible charging cable. A tethered charger has an attached cable for convenient everyday use. COPAK can help you choose the connection that suits your vehicle.

EV Charger Relocation for Villas and Apartments
Move your charger with a plan that balances cable reuse, removal work and the installation requirements at your new property.

Villa to Villa: Relocate the Charger
COPAK recommends leaving the existing wiring and protection devices at the old villa and relocating the charger. The retained circuit is left safe for potential use by the next tenant or owner. At the new home, COPAK installs new wiring and protection, with a new 36-month workmanship warranty from the invoice date.

Villa to Villa: Reuse the Wiring
Existing wiring can also be removed and relocated. Removal may leave fixing holes or other marks that need wall repairs. Dismantling, reinstatement and reinstallation can bring the total cost close to that of a new installation. COPAK assesses whether reuse offers a practical saving.

Apartment to Apartment
Charger and cable relocation between apartment buildings is possible. The quotation depends on cable removal, access, the new route and building requirements. Apartment cable removal can involve higher labour costs, while suitable cable reuse may save the cost of buying a new cable.
Send COPAK photos of the existing charger, electrical connection and cable route, together with the new property details. Apartment relocation requires coordination with both buildings. Cable reuse is assessed for condition, length and suitability; wall repairs and other reinstatement work are identified in the quotation.

Home EV Charger Installation FAQs
Can I install an EV charger at my home?
Many villas and townhouses can accommodate a dedicated EV charging circuit. Suitability depends on the electrical supply, parking location and installation requirements. Apartment installations also depend on building permissions and the available connection.
Can COPAK install a charger I already own?
Yes. Share the charger model and specifications with us so we can review its compatibility and installation requirements.
How much does installation cost?
For standalone homes, standard installation up to 5m costs AED 1,300. Additional standard cable route costs AED 40 per metre. Concealed installation costs AED 85 per metre, with the scope quoted separately. Apartment installations require a separate quotation.
Do I need a three-phase connection?
This depends on the charger rating, your vehicle and your available supply. We assess the connection before recommending a suitable charging setup.
Does COPAK install Tesla home chargers?
Yes. COPAK provides Tesla home charger installation. We review your equipment, electrical supply and parking arrangement before confirming the work.
What warranty applies to installation?
Residential EV charger installation workmanship is covered for 36 months from the invoice date. Product warranties depend on the charger model. Contact support@copak-technical.com with your invoice for warranty assistance.
