Is express delivery free on orders of AED 2,600 or more?
No. Express delivery is chargeable regardless of order value, including orders purchased with charger installation.
Does an installation bundle qualify for free delivery?
Standard delivery is free when a charger is purchased together with COPAK installation. Express delivery remains chargeable.
When does the express delivery timeframe start?
Express delivery timeframes start after payment and order confirmation.
Do all locations have the same express timeframe?
No. Dubai has a 2–3 hour timeframe, Sharjah and Ajman have a 1–2 hour timeframe, and Abu Dhabi has a 3–5 hour timeframe. For Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Khor Fakkan, express timing is confirmed with the order.
What happens if my free-delivery order is confirmed after 2 PM?
Orders confirmed after 2 PM are delivered on the following business day. Our business days are Monday to Saturday; Sunday is outside our business days.
