A Practical Charging Setup for Your Property
COPAK installs charging equipment around your vehicle, electrical capacity and parking arrangement.
Standalone Homes and Apartments
Villas and townhouses can use our standard installation package: AED 1,300 for up to 5m of cable route. Charger supply is separate. Prices include VAT. Extra standard route costs AED 40/m beyond 5m. Concealed sections add AED 45 per concealed metre, including within the first 5m; a concealed metre beyond 5m therefore costs AED 85 in total.
Apartment installations require a site survey, building coordination and a separate quotation. Residential installation workmanship carries a 36-month warranty from the invoice date.

Install the Charging Infrastructure
Select AC destination charging, DC fast charging or both. COPAK reviews demand, available load, charger locations, metering and authority requirements before delivering the agreed installation.

Operate the Charging Service
COPAK supports full infrastructure financing, charger-only financing or property-funded operation. Managed services cover compatible chargers, payment collection, reporting and agreed revenue remittance.

EV Charger Relocation for Villas and Apartments
Move your charger with a plan that balances cable reuse, removal work and the installation requirements at your new property.

Villa to Villa: Relocate the Charger
COPAK recommends leaving the existing wiring and protection devices at the old villa and relocating the charger. The retained circuit is left safe for potential use by the next tenant or owner. At the new home, COPAK installs new wiring and protection, with a new 36-month workmanship warranty from the invoice date.

Villa to Villa: Reuse the Wiring
Existing wiring can also be removed and relocated. Removal may leave fixing holes or other marks that need wall repairs. Dismantling, reinstatement and reinstallation can bring the total cost close to that of a new installation. COPAK assesses whether reuse offers a practical saving.

Apartment to Apartment
Charger and cable relocation between apartment buildings is possible. The quotation depends on cable removal, access, the new route and building requirements. Apartment cable removal can involve higher labour costs, while suitable cable reuse may save the cost of buying a new cable.
Send COPAK photos of the existing charger, electrical connection and cable route, together with the new property details. Apartment relocation requires coordination with both buildings. Cable reuse is assessed for condition, length and suitability; wall repairs and other reinstatement work are identified in the quotation.

Can COPAK relocate my EV charger?
Yes. COPAK relocates chargers between villas and between apartment buildings. For villas, we recommend moving the charger and installing new wiring and protection at the new home. Existing cable relocation is also possible following an assessment of its condition, route and removal costs. Apartment relocation requires building coordination and a separate quotation.
Which COPAK service should I choose?
Choose Home Installation for residential charging, Tesla Installation for a Tesla Wall Connector, Commercial Installation for business infrastructure, or CPO Services for financing, payments and managed charging operations.
Can COPAK supply and install the charger?
Yes. COPAK provides charger supply and installation. The proposal identifies the selected equipment and installation scope.
Can you install a charger I already own?
Share the charger model, property location and parking details. COPAK reviews the equipment and site requirements before confirming the installation scope.
Can COPAK manage existing charging stations?
Yes, following compatibility checks. Managed operation requires suitable OCPP support, reliable internet and authorised access to charger configuration. See the CPO Services page for the onboarding requirements.
