Longer attached cables, separate charging cables and DLM accessories/configuration carry additional charges where required. Actual charging power depends on your vehicle and available supply.

What contractor credentials does COPAK hold?
COPAK is a DEWA-approved contractor providing EV charger installation planning, electrical works, testing and handover.
Can I charge my Tesla using VOX Pro?
VOX Pro can charge a Tesla with a compatible Type-2 AC inlet. We confirm the vehicle’s market specification and connection before selecting the charger or cable.
Does Tesla Wall Connector support load management?
Yes. Gen 3 supports dynamic power management with a separately supplied Tesla-approved meter. VOX Pro has DLM built in: COPAK configures it using low-cost, readily available accessories to adjust charging to the home’s available electrical capacity. Accessories and configuration are required to activate load management.
Can you install a Tesla charger in an apartment?
Yes, following a site survey and review of parking access, electrical capacity, metering, building permissions and relevant authority requirements. Apartment installation is quoted separately.
What does the AED 1,300 package cover?
Standard installation at a standalone home with up to 5m of cable route. Charger supply is separate. Additional standard route is AED 40/m; concealed installation is AED 85/m, with its scope confirmed separately.
