The COPAK VOX Pro Universal combines powerful AC charging with the flexibility of a Type-2 socket. Connect a separate compatible charging cable suited to your vehicle and preferred cable length, then disconnect and store it when charging is complete.
Designed for homes, workplaces and destination charging locations, VOX Pro Universal delivers up to 22kW on a suitable three-phase supply and supports single-phase installation. It maintains 100% rated performance at +55°C for dependable charging in demanding UAE conditions.
Flexible Type-2 Socket Connection
The Universal version features a socket rather than an attached charging cable. This allows you to select a compatible cable with the appropriate vehicle connector, length and current rating.
A separate compatible charging cable is required. Contact COPAK for help selecting the correct cable for your vehicle.
Smart Control and Connected Charging
Manage charging through the connected mobile app and view charging history, energy consumption and session information.
Built-in Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity support connection to compatible charging management platforms through OCPP 1.6J. Optional 4G connectivity provides an additional connection method.
Charging control options include the mobile app, physical button and plug-to-start. Optional RFID access allows charging access to be managed for authorised users.
Optional Dynamic Load Management
For private installations, Dynamic Load Management adjusts EV charging power according to the electrical capacity available at the property. This helps manage charging alongside other electrical loads.
The feature requires compatible monitoring equipment and configuration. COPAK provides site assessment, equipment selection and installation.
Integrated Electrical Protection
VOX Pro Universal incorporates 30mA AC and 6mA DC leakage detection, together with protection against:
- Over-current and short-circuit conditions
- Over-voltage and under-voltage
- Ground faults
- Electrical surges
- Excessive temperature
Durable Enclosure and Flexible Mounting
The IP55-rated enclosure provides protection against dust ingress and water jets, while IK10 impact resistance supports robust everyday use.
The charger supports wall installation or mounting on an optional pedestal, allowing COPAK to configure the installation for your parking space.
