Dynamic Load Management for VOX Pro and MAG Duo
Run air conditioning, cook dinner, use household appliances and charge your EV while managing demand on your home's electrical supply. COPAK Dynamic Load Management monitors the overall home load at the main electrical panel and adjusts the charging load of your VOX Pro or MAG Duo according to the capacity available. When household demand rises, it reduces the load allocated to EV charging; when demand falls, more capacity becomes available for charging, within the configured limits. It manages the charger's contribution to the total home load rather than switching household appliances on or off.
Main electrical panel limit: up to 100A
This solution is intended for main electrical panels with a total load of up to 100A. If your panel's total load exceeds 100A, modifications or an alternative arrangement will be required. Contact COPAK for assessment and guidance before ordering or installing the solution.
Choose single-phase or three-phase management to suit your installation. Both options include installation of up to 5 metres.
Choose your Dynamic Load Management option
Actual charging power depends on your vehicle's onboard AC charging capability, the electrical supply, charger settings and available household capacity. Three-phase charging up to 22 kW requires a vehicle that supports 22 kW AC charging. DLM reduces charging power when the home needs more capacity; it does not increase the vehicle's charging limit.
Installation requirements
Both phase options include installation of up to 5 metres. For longer cable routes, contact COPAK to assess the installation requirements before ordering.
Compatible chargers
This solution works only with VOX Pro and MAG Duo chargers. It is not compatible with third-party EV chargers.
COPAK-supplied accessories and charger warranty
VOX Pro and MAG Duo must use COPAK-supplied accessories for Dynamic Load Management. Using third-party DLM accessories will void the charger's warranty.
If you plan to install the solution yourself or use your trusted electrician, contact COPAK before installation for guidance on the correct accessories, compatibility and installation requirements.

Warranty starts from the invoice date. For warranty claims and delivery enquiries, email support@copak-technical.com.
Free standard UAE delivery on orders of AED 2,600 or more after discounts, including VAT and excluding delivery charges. Standard delivery is also free when a charger is purchased with COPAK installation. Express delivery is always paid.
