Standard Installation Includes:

• RCD Type A protection against electric shock
• MCB protection against overcurrent.
• With your selected length of electrical cable and standard cable installation on the wall with PVC conduit.
• Charger installed at your preferred location (post-assessment).
• Full testing and commissioning.

Installation Process:

• Contact within 24 hours of enquiry.
• Site assessment via video call or visit.
• Work completed in 24-48 hours after order confirmation.
• Power Isolation Notice: A temporary power shutdown is required during the final connections (for up to 20 minutes). Customers must power down all equipment (e.g., computers, smart devices) beforehand. COPAK is not liable for pre-existing electrical faults.

Not Included:

• Custom work beyond the standard scope incurs extra costs, arranged with our certified installers. This may include work underground, above the gypsum false ceiling, and through the concealed pipes for electrical cable installation.
• Installation of Pedestal Stand for EV Chargers.
• Installation of a Weatherproof box for EV Chargers.
• Installation in apartment buildings, workplaces, and commercial buildings.
• Authorities’s Approvals
• Work during holidays or beyond the daily business hours.
• Work beyond the selected length of cable, or all the above exclusions, is quoted separately. Please inform our expert about the exclusions if needed.
